Reiki sessions are offered, free of charge, the first Thursday of every month to support the mind, body and spirit of people living with cancer.  Reiki like many complementary therapies can help reduce treatment side effects, alleviate depression and anxiety, it can help to relieve pain and slow the disease progression as well as to improve immune function and strengthen overall health.   Click here for more on Reiki and cancer.

Saturday, January 21st - Reiki Happy Hour

Reiki Happy Hour is offered for people who may not have actually experienced a Reiki session and would like to try it without the time and expense of a full session.  However, the novice and the experienced are welcome to participate. We'll begin with a very brief overview of Reiki and it's wonderful benefits.  This is followed by individual 15 min private sessions with you fully clothed on a massage table. Before and after your session feel free to network and mingle with others while you enjoy light refreshments including a sumptuous array of healthy smoothies.
